Slash, Duff McKagan + More React to Blythe’s Not Guilty Verdict
(Courtesy of http://ultimateclassicrock.com/) – Tuesday, March 5, a Czech court cleared Lamb of God singer Randy Blythe of charges related to the 2010 death of a fan at a concert. Following the acquittal, many of those in the rock community, including former Guns N’ Roses members Slash and Duff McKagan, took to Twitter to voice their approval and show their support.
Last June, Blythe was arrested and charged with manslaughter after the death of Daniel Nosek, a 19-year old who attended the Lamb of God’s concert in Prague on May 24, 2010. Nosek had attempted a stage dive, but fell and hit his head. Later that night, he was rushed to the hospital, where he had emergency brain surgery. However, he soon slipped into a coma and died a few weeks later.
